When I deal with ANY company...it takes people days and days to get back to you...just terible customer service. I always say "if I did that at MY JOB...I'd be fired in a heartbeat". But I think you guys are the exception to this. You're always on top of everything as soon as someone asks.

We have been with Ohl and Sarah for a little over a year know and she has been OUTSTANDING! She is without a shadow of a doubt the best advisor / rep we have ever had for auto and home. Besides making sure my insurance needs are met, he explained them in a way that I could understand. He is a fine young man. I trust him as an insurance agent. He has an honest and sincere way of making sure things are right. I simply cannot say enough about him. He is a man of honesty and integrity. I would recommend him to anyone. These qualities are not very common in the world today, but you will not be disappointed to have him as your insurance agent.
