When I deal with ANY company...it takes people days and days to get back to you...just terible customer service. I always say "if I did that at MY JOB...I'd be fired in a heartbeat". But I think you guys are the exception to this. You're always on top of everything as soon as someone asks.

Just wanted to let everyone at OHL Insurance know how happy we are with Sarah Swisher as our Insurance Advisor. We have been with Ohl and Sarah for a little over a year know and she has been OUTSTANDING! She is without a shadow of a doubt the best advisor / rep we have ever had for auto and home. You can tell she really takes to heart what you need or want and work so diligently to find you the apprioprate coverage. Even though she is across the country from where I am located I can call her day or night (even on Saturday's), text, emails, she is avaiable to us 24/7. That is so reassuting especially with adding a new 16 yr. year old to the auto insurance. She has become a close family friend. I would like to speak of my recent experience with insurance agent Edward Pappa at Kiebler-DiCola Insurance Agency in Leechburg. Besides making sure my insurance needs are met, he explained them in a way that I could understand. He is a fine young man. I trust him as an insurance agent. He has an honest and sincere way of making sure things are right. I simply cannot say enough about him. He is a man of honesty and integrity. I would recommend him to anyone. These qualities are not very common in the world today, but you will not be disappointed to have him as your insurance agent.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the service from Sarah Swisher in finding a Car Insurance policy for my new lease.
